Hey Guys!
Here are the upcoming taskforces that you can join as a member of AIESEC Auckland!
- RECRUITMENT TASKFORCE SEMESTER 2
o E-mail Ting ( ting.huang@aiesec.net) and cc Francesca (francesca.ablan@gmail.com)
o Start working towards the major student and internship promotions for semester two!
o Be responsible for organizing special things like selection and induction!
- RE-INTEGRATION TASKFORCE
o E-mail Ting ( ting.huang@aiesec.net)
o Welcome our returning New Zealand interns from all around the world, and help provide them support while they become reaccustomed to life in New Zealand!
o Get to see their photos, stories, and help try and arrange events to help them share their experiences with new AIESECers.
- FINANCE TASKFORCE
o E-mail Linda (linda.van@aiesec.net)
o In August and October 2006, there will be two rounds of AUSA grants applications. Grant applications plays a really important part in our LC's sustainability.
o Get the opportunity to co-ordinate with different projects throughout the LC and gain practical financial skills!
o Also get the opportunity to attend a real grants hearing!
- ORGANISING COMMITTEE FOR NZMS 2007
o Contact Franklin Liu (franklin.liu@gmail.com)
o Get the opportunity to help organise the logistics behind what is typically New Zealand's largest annual conference!
o Deal with large scale venues, our national committee, transportation, food, alcohol, delegate packs & and so much more!
o Gain valuable Communication, time management and project management skills!
- PARTNERSHIP AND SPONSORSHIP RESOURCE CREATION TASKFORCE
o E-mail David Benjamin (david.benjamin@aiesec.net)
o Co-ordinate with other taskforces to organise the materials to raise financial and inkind sponsorship.
o Be part of the team that will create high quality partnership resources and structure for the upcoming year.
- ICX GENERAL TASKFORCE
o E-mail Edris Boey (edris.boey@aiesec.net)
o Start getting out there and dealing with corporates!
o By signing up to this taskforce you will be put in charge of forming exchange partnerships with different companies in the
- MEMBERSHIP and MENTORSHIP TASKFORCE
o E-mail Francesca Ablan (francesca.ablan@gmail.com)
o Be a part of the exciting selection process and member evaluation process in the LC
o Help ensure member participation and engagement through the implementation/follow up of the Mentorship structure in the LC
- MATCHING TASKFORCE
o E-mail Ting ( ting.huang@aiesec.net)
o Become a buddy to some of the interns we raise in Auckland Uni this year who are interested on going overseas on internships.
o Contact and Co-ordinate with AIESEC'ers all around the world as you help guide your intern to find a suitable internship.
