Mission Bay Outing
Hey Guys!
Today the lovely Rucha and Ting organised a wonderful little trip to Mission Bay for all those who were interested inhanging out together (or all those like me who were interested in getting fat on Movenpick Icecream!).
It was a nice relaxing day by the beach and we were joined by a few of our recent internationals such as Ophenia (CEED from China) and Terry (friend of a past Intern from Canada).
After that we headed over to Verona, Ying's cafe/bar place and had an awesome night just hanging out together! We were later joined by a few other AIESECers and hit the town!
I would like to highly recommend Verona! Not only because of the cool owner with dreads, but because the food was guuuuuud!
As operation "Get David into a strip club" started gaining support I decided it was time to leave before I was forced into one against my will =p So I called it a night around 12pm. The others cruised around the Auckland CBD for a while before finally heading to bed (Auckland was suprisingly dead for a Saturday night ... must be the long weekend).
